Artwork & Sample Approval Process
Sample Approval: Choose from the options below.
- (1) Receive a proof via email for quicker approval.
- (2) Receive a physical cap sample in the mail.
Note: Vector art REQUIRED with logo specifications/PMS colors to ensure timely delivery of proof. Art sent in a format other than vector may require additional time.

Price
All pricing listed is in addition to the base cost of the selected style.
- $2.75 for up to 10,000 stitches for front art.
- Add $1.00 for the side logo (right or left) up to 5,000 stitches.
- Add $1.25 for back logo up to 5,000 stitches.
- Add $1.25 for 3D logos (3D art is only available on front).
- Additional stitches at $0.25/1,000 stitches over each minimum location charge.

All patches are placed on the front center location of the cap. Additional direct embroidery may be placed according to the embroidery placement & size chart shown above.

- Sublimated Patches: Heat Affixed $5.00/each. Sewn $6.00/each.
- Faux Leather Patches: Heat Affixed $5.00/each. Sewn $6.00/each.
- Genuine Leather Patches: Heat Affixed $5.50/each. Sewn $6.50/each.
- Leather Custom Shaped Patches: Heat Affixed only, $7.00/each.
