Artwork and Sample Approval Process
- Graphics: Artwork must be submitted via our Compass web form or emailed to custom@outdoorcap.com Emailed artwork needs to include cap shape/style, artwork technique, fonts, and Pantone® colors.
- Sample Approval (choose from the following options):
- Digital Sew-Out (logo only)
- Digital Sew-Out (full sample with graphics applied)
- Physical Sample via mail, or an emailed photo of the physical sample received for quicker approval.
Production Time
- Lead time and price quote provided for each request.
- Production begins after virtual and/or physical sample approval. Please note current lead times may vary due to supply chain.
