New Online Ordering Experience, Compass, Revolutionizes Custom Cap Ordering at Outdoor Cap

BENTONVILLE, Ark./Apr. 29, 2025 – Outdoor Cap is excited to announce the official launch of Compass, a new online ordering experience designed to streamline the custom cap ordering process for Team Sports and Promotional Products customers. 
 
With Compass, Team Sports and Promotional Products customers can submit custom requests anytime with a streamlined ordering process. The upgraded system provides a centralized hub for managing stock orders and custom projects, allowing customers to review designs and samples, track orders from production through shipping, and ensure a smoother workflow. 
 
Customers will receive notifications when designs are ready for approval, enabling them to provide feedback and manage approvals directly within their accounts. Instead of long email chains, all communication with Outdoor Cap’s Headwear Experts is now integrated within the Order Details page, making it easier than ever to keep projects moving forward.
